Join the IS/PL 358 course to Guatemala and experience the peoples and environment throughout this diverse and culturally-rich country. May 18-26, 2012: Travel to Guatemala

May 18: Fly to Guatemala City
May 19: Travel to Santiago Atitlan/Panabaj – Meet with ANADESA Women’s Cooperative
May 20: Explore community around Lake Atitlan
May 21-24: Travel to Nebaj and engage in Community-based learning and work
May 24: Complete work in Nebaj, visit Chichicastenango market and travel back to Guatemala City
May 25: Relax in Antigua
May 26: Return to Kansas City

Cost and Registration Information
- Total Lab Fee: $1800 (includes all expenses: airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, etc.)
- $400 nonrefundable deposit due upon course registration
- $1400 nonrefundable payment due by April 6, 2012
